Robert Bruce Arnold has been handling personal injury and insurance-related cases in San Diego for over thirty-five years. He worked his way through college and law school as an adjuster/investigator handling maritime, cargo, Jones Act, and general liability claims. In 1980 he opened his law firm.

The firm’s practice areas include major personal injury from auto and trucking accidents, products liability, unsafe premises, medical malpractice, and nursing home litigation.

On the insurance side, the firm handles wrongful denial of insurance claims for policyholders. The firm represents both individual consumers and small businesses. The firm handles disability as well as fire claims, medical, health, and general liability, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

His background and experience gives him a unique perspective, since he has walked in the shoes of the advocate for both sides. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Arnold was an arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court and also a private mediator. Mr. Arnold has been involved in the resolution of thousands of claims over the past thirty years, first as an adjuster and then as a lawyer.

In 1999, Mr. Arnold was selected as one of only 49 lawyers in the United States to attend the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, founded by Wyoming trial lawyer Gerry Spence.

If you have been seriously injured in an automobile or trucking accident, from a defective product, or an unsafe condition on property or by negligent medical or nursing care, we would be happy to provide you with a free consultation, either over the phone or in person.

Our firm believes in personal responsibility. We do not see cases as an opportunity to win the lottery. We are very selective in the cases we take. We only take cases where we believe the injury was the result of someone else’s negligence. If you have been injured through the fault of someone else and are not being treated reasonably, we would be happy to talk with you.

If your case falls outside our area of practice or is something we are not in a position to take on, we will attempt to assist you in finding another lawyer to help you. Call us for a no-cost, no-obligation consultation.
